PRIVACY POLICY

Adorned Apparel is committed to protecting your privacy.  Only authorized employees within the company will use any information collected from individual customers on a need-to-know basis.  All client records are regarded as confidential and are not shared with any third party.

SHIPPING

Orders will ship within 14 business days after purchase based on availability, and will include delivery tracking information. All items are made to order so please allow time for processing. If there will be a shipping delay, you will be notified by email. Adorned Apparel ships to locations within the United States.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Purchased items are non-returnable if worn, washed, or are damaged by the customer.  All custom orders are final sale unless the items are defective upon receipt.

Defective items may be returned for a full refund via the original method of payment, or may be exchanged for credit towards another Adorned Apparel purchase.  All returns or exchanges must take place within 7 days of receipt. Items should be sent to the Adorned Apparel address below and should include your contact information, a copy of your receipt, a note stating the reason for return, and the method of return/exchange.  Contact information should include your name, address, phone number, and email address.

Any additional shipping costs you may incur when returning or exchanging item(s) will not be reimbursed.

Adorned Apparel reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges regardless of receipt.
